We want you to have explored and discovered more about the world of work and developed your interests and skills further, recognised the range of pathways that you can choose from and choose the next step on your journey. This may be recognising that you do not know what you want to do in the world of work but that you want to develop yourself further by studying at university, taking a gap year or taking your first tentative steps into the world of work.

You will recognise what you need to do to be successful on this journey and put in to place things that will allow you to make a successful application.

At the end of Year 13 you will have considered the different ways that you can move forward and selected the route that you would like to take, recognising what you will need to do to make a successful application.

Based on this you will take your next step after Sixth Form.
